Over the past century, our building in Downtown Kingsport has seen a lot of change. Built in 1919, and known as the "Working Man's Store" through the 1940's, it has become a hub of business activity. HQ on Main is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Kingsport, TN. We're just across the street from the old train depot and on the corner of West Main and Shelby Street.

What precautions are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
HQ on Main takes the health of our tenants very seriously. We are one of the only office spaces in the Tri-Cities to install a MERV-13 air filtration system - which captures virus sized particles. We also enforce CDC recommended social distancing protocols, including masks, maintaining 6-feet, as well as sanitizing and cleaning commonly used surfaces.
Can I rent an office space on an hourly or daily basis?
